1. 送貨日期Delivery date：1/1/2024- 6/2/2024,亦可於荃灣門市自取
2. 訂購須於4天前預訂，不可更改取/送貨日期、時間或地址，須於取貨前三天或之前聯繫(Urban Kitchen)查詢熱線:6704 9268(辦公時間星期一至五9:00 -18:00) 。 訂單一經接納，預訂貨品恕不可更改或取消。
Orders must be placed 4 days in advance. The pickup/delivery date, time or
address cannot be changed. You must contact the (Urban Kitchen) inquiry hotline three days or before pickup: 6704 9268 (office hours Monday to Friday 9:00 -18:00). Once the order is accepted, the pre-ordered goods cannot be changed orcanceled.
3. 產品只能於指定時段送貨，12:00 – 14:00 或15:00 – 19:00，不接受特定時間送貨。 送貨路線會由車隊根據當日訂單及路面情況安排，無法提供或保證送達時間或訂單派送之先後次序。
Products are only available for designated delivery, 12:00 – 14:00 or 15:00 –
19:00, delivery at specific times is not accepted. The delivery route is arranged by the fleet according to the order and specific conditions of the day, and the
delivery time or the dock for order delivery cannot be provided or guaranteed.
Product will be delivered at designated time slot, 12:00 - 14:00 or 15:00-19:00,
no specific time is accepted.
4. 若顧客在指定日期及時段內未能在取貨地址接收貨品，將當作自動放棄論，所繳之款項概不退還。
Order will be treated as automatic abandonment if a customer fails to receive
the product within the designated time slot; and no refund will be arranged.
5. 購買（扣除折扣）滿$1000即可送貨,未滿$1000代嗌街車，運費到付（不設上門）
Delivery is available for purchases over $1,000 (in small towns). If the purchase is less than $1,000, a streetcar will be ordered and the freight will be paid (nodoor-to-door service)
6. 送貨範圍包括香港，九龍及新界。 (不包括指定偏遠送貨點包括離島、灣仔會展、大帽山、飛鵝山、觀音山、大尾篤、愉景灣及香港國際機場、酒店、醫院、無固定收貨地點山頂、深水灣、淺水灣、赤柱、東涌、馬灣，離島、愉景灣、石澳、昂船洲、長洲、南丫島、坪洲等等，恕不提供送貨服務。
Delivery areas include Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. (Excluding designated remote delivery points including outlying islands, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Center, Tai Mo Shan, Fei Ngo Shan, Kwun Yam Shan,Tai Mei Tuk, Discovery Bay and Hong Kong International Airport, hotels, hospitals,The Peak and Deep Water Bay with no fixed delivery location , Repulse Bay,Stanley, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Outlying Islands, Discovery Bay, O'Shea,Stonecutters Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Ping Chau, etc. No delivery service is provided.
7. 訂單送貨不設上樓，顧客須在附近可停車位置與司機交收。
Product will be arranged to handover with customer at the nearby parking area.
8. 如送貨當天遇上天文台發出惡劣天氣警告（黑色暴雨/ 8號或以上烈風信號），送貨服務將會取消及另作安排。
Delivery service will be suspended, and other arrangements will be
made, if typhoon signal no.8 or above/ black rainstorm signal is hoisted by Hong Kong Observatory.
9. 如收到貨品後發現有損壞或缺陷，請在當天內聯絡客戶服務部。
If Customer received a damaged or defective product, please contact Customer Service within the same day.
10. 貨品圖片只供參考，商品顏色或會因螢幕設定差異會略有不同。
Color shown may be slightly different than actual products due to computer
monitors settings.
11. 顧客信息(姓名/電話/收貨地址/收貨時間)將交由第三方(中寧)，做配送用。
Customer's delivery information (Name/ Contact Number/ Delivery address/Delivery time) will be passed to third party (Sino Rank Limited) for
delivery use.
12. 網購平台保留終止或更改優惠的條款和細則的權利，恕不另行通知。
